Chorus:
A White man thinks he has a hard life
A black man teaches him how to fight
A black Man is told how he should feel
Living on the ground a white man did steal

I was born in a sink hole of sin
A mind full of madness talking within
the devil cried out... Son where have you been
Hell wants it dues, Your life has begun
Bridge:
I am the chosen one
The Devil's Son
(chorus)
Verse:
Addicted to failure I come first
Keeping a place for the worst
I need mistakes to make a play
Watching you while I lose the way
Bridge:
I am the one
I am the Devil's SOn
I am the one.
(Chorus)
Verse:
I let vices burn my fuel
Darkness rises when i grow to you
Everyone else wants to win
I love my touch burning your skin
END:
I am the chosen One
The devil's son
Song 13 : The Story
This song is about racism.
If i am racist, i am the devil's son.
Is the colour of your skin a scapegoat from my fear of the dark... my shadow?
I have melanin in my eyes. You have Melanin in your skin. There is only one race, so we are the same.
Projecting our failings on people who are different to us is a mental illness.
I had a neighbour one who did not trust people of colour and his favourite sports heroes where black men. He admired the fighter yet did not trust everyday people.
Contradictions are a part of life... can we observe and remove them around racism?
